KEY RESPONSIBILITIES OF THIS ROLE

• Support Product Manager to perform market analysis, develop solution and strategy roadmap to effectively market and other products interface with R&D expert to verify product solution in matching with customer's requirement, provide technical support for system design, testing and implementation activities

• Deep dive understands for product, solution and present to other team (sale team, leaders) or introduce to customer

• In-charge for internal processing: network design and equipment dimensioning, quotation configuration, troubleshoot configuration failures and issues in a timely manner, review and recommend changes to configuration management processes, develop process improvements to automate and streamline build processes, resolve environment problems and suggest environment modifications to support system needs

• Respond to Tender RFI / RFP / RFQs, thoroughly go through each Statement of Compliance and preparation of other relevant Tender documentations needed for tender submission.

• Understand business requirements and accordingly develop configuration specifications.

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATION

• Have a good understanding of Telecommunication network (GSM/WCDMA, LTE, 5G or Core Network)

• Have a good understanding of Fixed Access Network technologies (for example: GPON, OLT, ONT, WIFI 5/ WIFI 6)

• Have a good understanding of basic datacom protocols (for example, IP, MPLS, OSPF, or IS-IS...).

• Education Background Requirements: Bachelor or higher, Major: Telecommunications, Computer, Automation...

• Language Skill: fluent in English 4 skills.
