JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• • Execute radio network planning, design, and optimization tasks, ensuring alignment with project timelines and deliverables.
• • Participate in new site configuration, integration, and service verification to ensure seamless network deployment and performance compliance.
• • Monitor network and service performance, diagnose issues, and implement corrective actions. Generate technical reports to document findings and recommendations.
• • Coordinate with cross-functional teams (e.g., RAN, transmission, CN) to resolve technical issues and optimize network quality.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Education Background Requirements: Bachelor or higher, major: Telecommunications technology, Computer science.

• • Bachelor's degree in Telecommunication, Computer Engineering or related field of study
• • More than 3 years of working experience as mobile system architecture such as 3G/4G/5G network topology, network element
• • Has knowledge and strong experience on radio interface, protocols and signaling, system parameters in at least one technology (NR, LTE, UMTS)
• • Proficiency in radio network planning/optimization tools (e.g., Huawei U-NET, Atoll).
• • Strong analytical skills for troubleshooting and performance improvement.
• • Able to communicate effectively in English or Mandarin
• • Family with Microsoft office, Excel, Power point
• • Ability to adapt quickly to changing environments and manage parallel time-critical tasks
• • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• • Knowledge of databases, programming, AI, ML is a plus
• • Ability to Travel as needed
