Requirement Elicitation and Analysis
Support in conducting requirement surveys based on project and client specifications.
Assistin client discussions to understand core business needs.
Contribute to analyzing and documenting current operational pain points.
Solution Development and Documentation
Collaborate with project development teams to create preliminary solutions.
Utilize tools such as Mock-ups, Design diagrams, etc., to illustrate proposed solutions.
Support inProducingandfinalizingcomprehensive Functional Specification (FS) documents.
Project Facilitation
Participatein project development activities, including liaising with design teams for product interface design.
Assistin articulatingproject logic to development engineers and system architects.
Supporttest engineers in executing system tests per requirement documents.
Document Preparation
Co-authorUse Cases, User Guides, and other project-related documentation in collaboration with project team members.
Client Engagement and Post-Implementation Support
Assistclients in conducting user acceptance tests.
Contribute tofacilitatingsmooth transition processes for new and existing systems post-implementation.
Assistin conductinguser trainingsessionsas necessary.

Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in computer science, software engineering, or related fields. Alternatively, a degree in Englishand/or Chinesewith exceptional spokenproficiencyis a plus.
Chinesespeakeris preferred even if nopreviousexperience.
Proficiencyin English, with exceptional listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills. Prior experience in overseas study or work isadvantageous.
Proficient in office automation tools, including Microsoft Office and Miro.
Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills, with the ability to manage concurrent tasks effectively.
Strong analytical, communication, and learning abilities, enabling quick comprehension and exploration of client requirements.
