Job Description:
- Assisting the Managing Director in managing, monitoring, and implementing major company projects.
- Participating in strategic meetings and taking notes, summarizing information.
- Preparing documents and reports for meetings, evaluations, and data analysis.
- Coordinating and supporting in planning and executing internal or partner-related campaigns.
- Communicating with other departments to gather information and ensure tasks are completed on time.
- Supporting in managing schedules, handling administrative tasks, and performing other duties as required by the Managing Director.
Requirements:
- Recent graduate Business Administration, Economics, Information Technology, or related fields.
- Possess analytical skills, project management experience, and confident communication skills
- Good communication skills in both English and Vietnamese, written and spoken.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
