Inspius helps Singapore and US tech companies build and manage software engineering teams in Vietnam. We are currently developing our own product, an AI-powered online coding test platform that helps HR personnel assess technical capabilities of software engineering candidates quickly, easily, and accurately. Responsibilities

Daily tasks may include but are not limited to:

Maintaining and fixing bugs in existing features

Participating in the end-to-end development process, including frontend (NextJS/ReactJS), backend development (NestJS/TypeScript) and testing

Troubleshooting and debugging issues, identifying bottlenecks, and proposing solutions to optimize application performance

Requirements

Must-Have:

At least a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering

Prior coding experience (any language will do)

Strong algorithmic thinking skills

Preferred:

Prior coding experience in frontend (ReactJS & NextJS) or backend development (NodeJS & TypeScript)
