Conduct and present market research, gather insights, and analyze data to support business activities.
Collect and compile relevant case studies for customer reference.
Find new customers: assist in the preparation of proposal documents, coordinating with the design team to provide relevant case studies.
Coordinate and support the Sales departments to facilitate client needs fulfillment.
2. Reporting
Support monthly and weekly sales performance reports.
Maintain accuracy in data collection and reporting.
3. Accounting Support
Assist in tracking client billing and invoicing records.
Support basic documentation and follow up on outstanding payments.
4. Sales Support
Assist Account Managers and Business Development Managers in daily activities.
Support proposal preparation, email follow◦ ups, and calendar scheduling.

Strong verbal and written English communication skills (Equivalent IELTS 7.0).
Have the business and commercial mindset
Work well with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
Highly organized, detail◦ oriented, and eager to learn and ready to work in a dynamic, multicultural team.
