Must Have
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
• 0-2 year of experience with .NET/C# development, including internship, academic, or personal projects.
• Basic knowledge of C#, .NET, Entity Framework, LINQ, RESTful APIs, and Microsoft SQL Server (MSSQL), with the ability to apply them in day◦ to◦ day development.
• Familiarity with Git, Docker, and basic CI/CD concepts.
• Good English communication skills, including reading technical documentation and communicating with clients and team members.
• Comfortable using AI◦ assisted development tools and able to review, understand, test, and validate AI◦ generated code rather than blindly using it.
Nice to Have
• Exposure to ASP.NET Core / MVC.
• Basic understanding of cloud concepts.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum.
